I am a French living in Belgium (not for my studies, by choice !!!) I like the mentality of this country and I'm in love with Brussels (cosmopolitan, moving, exciting and dynamic). This overrides the sun :)

The atmosphere between people is very relaxed, it makes beautiful meeting at a bar, a good belgian beer in hand.

I prefer to have a drink, have a good meal (I love cooking and discover new recipes) rather than partying all night.
Even if I love music and concerts.

Of course I also love art, bookshops, gallery openings, museums, experimental cinema but especially multidisciplinary and underground places where all this mixture.

Thanks to couchsurfing I made some great friends in lots of different countries. I really like this way to travel and discover, closer to people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last summer, I passed 2 months accross the USA with some friends. I had the opportunity to do a lot of couchsurfing, and meet amazing people.
In San Diego, I was surfing with our couchsurfer Dan.
In Los Angeles, We slept under the Hollywood sign with Matt.
In San Francisco, Alyssa made us discover the sake bomb.
In Chicago, Will led us to the Blues Festival.
Many wonderful memories, beautiful meetings, only good experiences!
