I’m really eclectic ! But what I enjoy the most are songs with inspirational lyrics or vibrant music, movies that inspire me or makes me feel better, or documentaries, and same with books, ever inspirational stories or books about topics I’m interesting in (world, environnement/ecology, feminism, education, consciousness, body-mind-spirit and all these things ;)). Things that make me Feel better, or be inspired, or learn about me or the world/others, that’s what I like to nourish myself with.
