ABOUT ME

Girl with the bush backyard. I love exploring and adventures, expecially in the outdoors. I have finished school and am taking a gap year during which I will travel to Europe and South America. I cant wait to see the world and meet new people. I hope to broaden my horizons and create experiences which I will remeber for a lifetime. When I start UNI i will be studying environmental science. I love the outdoors and animals (vegetarian).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have had really good experiences. It has really enriched my travels! I have met amazing people and seen so much more than I could have ever expected!
it has taught me that travelling is mostly about the people.. not the places. I have made amazing friendships that I hope will stay with me... the worst part is that I always have to say goodbye!

Music, Movies, and Books

Love a bit of history and fiction,
Love all different music.. currently learning to play african drums.
Dont get enough time to watch many movies! But a few recent favourite are Lincoln and Les Miserable's ..
I also love my disney movies.. exspecially the bits were I can sing along
Thanks to some awesome hosts I now know some classics 80's/ 90's films! The Truman show and The Breakfast club :)
Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter ( but the books are better)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch hiked and couch surfed for 4 moths in Europe. Then after 4 months in South America. I dont know where to start with South America, its all so amazing!
But a highlight would have to be volunteering with a Eco-friendly community in the Andes in Peru!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to do the splits if you want to break your hips :)
I also love to cook currys! And like to help cook, clean etc for my hosts :)
I can tell you what the alien continent of Australia is like.. where we all have pet kangaroos and ride them to school!
I can tell you about old people in nursing homes haha (they are actually very interesting bunch)

And I love learning about..everything!
