About Me
Hey people !
I'm currently living in Gottenheim, a village near Freiburg, in southern Germany after some time living off grid and trying my best to get a bit more active on CS. I know my response rate is shit but in my defense, I didn't have electricity for a good while.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a strong supporter of mutual aid, will try my best to help, be it a place to stay, a warm meal after a hike, infos on where to find free stuff or an advice on which mountain not to climb.
Interests
I enjoy reading on rainy days while drinking a cup (or a liter) of coffee, being in the nature and hanging out with people.
I prefer hitchhiking over any other transport as it enables me to connect with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
Don´t own a TV but recently got into watching TV-theater from 60s, 70s, 80s on NRK as I can´t really afford going to the actual theater. (We have a beamer though)
Also really interested in farming and self sustainable systems.

Music, Movies, and Books
Really into angry drum and bass, we can go dancing if you think you can keep up ;)
Some of my favourite authors are Halldór Laxness, Yaşar Kemal and Chingiz Aitmatov.
My favourite film is Dersu Uzala by Akira Kurosawa. Also really like Tarkowski, Bergman, old Turkish exploitation films.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living with no money/electricity/running water in a squat/commune in Patagonia.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, my grandma's bread recipe or a stick and poke.
