About Me
CURRENT MISSION
learn and teach something every day
ABOUT ME
I am an energetic and fun-loving kid forever. I grow plants, raise animals, play hand drums, go backpacking, love snowboarding, and catch any reptile anywhere in the world. I live with my wife (wildlife biologist) and I have a 17-year-old daughter who lives with me half the time. Between the three of us we have about 20 different pets. I'm an integrated pest management (IPM) Advisor for the University of California Cooperative Extension, and my interests and expertise include entomology, horticulture, ecology, mathematics and meteorology . I travel whenever I can-preferably to a place with natural beauty and/or interesting culture.
PHILOSOPHY
You only live once, so don't waste a chance to build friendship, experience pleasure and pain, and make someone laugh.
