About Me
CURRENT MISSION
stopping in on Philadelphia to sketch
ABOUT ME
When I'm downtown I sketch local events and people. I am like a court room artist but I go everywhere. I've done work for the Star Newspapers and The Daily News. You can see my sketches at www.interview-press.com .
To get into the city I like to use my bicycle on the rail trails, which takes about 3 hours. Now to bike back in one day is a lot of riding and is murder on my one knee. So when I can I like to break the trips up in two days. That's where I need a couch to sleep on.
PHILOSOPHY
To be happy and to help people along the way to be happy also. To go on as many adventures as possible. The accidental ones are the best. The kind where you go to this show and you make friends with the girl next to you and she invites you to a crazy party that night. You go to the party and get in a huge arguement about which is better Kung Fu the television show or Kung Fu the Legend Continues. The arguement turns into a food fight and then you quickly bike home to shower.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted many people at my apartment last year with my roommate Sin. You can check him out on to see the comments on his page. Now it's my turn to do the surfing. I am no trouble at all. All I need is a place to rest my head.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've mostly hosted people. It was a great experience. I got to meet some really interesting fun people and some not so interesting and fun people. But all were respectful and didn't steal anything. So I give them all a thumbs up.
Interests
I love to draw and scribble. I enjoy badminton. I love long bike rides by myself with my I pod. I like going to art shows run by cool people. Rock shows.... debates..... Most of the time I'll be sketching these things.
I'm open to anything as long as I can have fun or learn something new. I'm not into expensive adventures so I like to do things on the cheaper side of life.
Noel Godin the encaker. A real french hero. I'd like to have dinner with Ricky Gervais, Steven Merchant and amazing Karl Pilkington. Hans Hass is the adventurer I'd like to go to sea with.

Music, Movies, and Books
MST3k. Indiana Jones. I love alternative comics. The current book I'm reading now is The Phantom Tollbooth. My favorite magazine is National Geographic. Although Found is great too but the national has the best photos and illustrations.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've stayed in my Aunt's vineyard in Austria. Fought a dragon in Spain and fallen in love in Mexico.
Teach, Learn, Share
This is a great way to view people in their natural habitat.
