About Me

Hello Travelers,

Although I signed up with Couchsurfing already back in 2009, I have only just recently desided I could start surfing and hosting :-)

I believe in open boarders, social justice, gender equality, redistribution of wealth, freedom of thought, environmental protection and travelling.

I am easy going, laid back, friendly. I prefer listening to talking.

I like the philosophy of Couchsurfing but I can't guarantee that I have time to show you around the city or do other activites with you. If I have time, great, if not you just have to do your own thing.

I live in a big appartment, shared by five people; three men and two women.

Guests have their own room, there is a bed sofa. It's not the most comfortable; it's a rather small for two people unless you're a couple.

I just need to warn you: the three pet birds of my room mate are living in the guest room as well and they make a lot of noise early in the morning. They wake up when the sun rises and they don't care if you are sleeping. So if you like to sleep in, you're going to be quite annoyed... :-)

I am in a relationship, so I'm not using Couchsurfing as a dating site.

I will take a foto of your passport or ID just to be sure...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In these times, cultural exchange seems to be more important than ever!

I also like the idea of providing free accomodation for people who may not be able to afford a hotel or AirBnB in an extremly expensive city like Zurich.

I only host backpacking tourists! Business people don't need to inquire.
