About Me
Hello world!
I’m Manuel Campbell, I’m Peruvian and I really love to travel and to meet new people from different parts of the world and share lovely moments with them. Currently I’m studying communication at University of Lima, so I have experience in editing photos and videos.
Another thing I do well is cooking. It is said that Peruvian gastronomy is one of the best in the world, so if you give me the chance to be my host, you will try many Peruvian dishes.
I had the chance to travel to many places in America and Europe, such as USA, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, Spain, France and Italy. I have lots of stories about those trips I would be pleased to share with you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Porque me gusta conocer gente nueva y de otras culturas y así poder intercambiar gustos, conocimientos, experiencias y platos típicos, además de poder viajar con poco presupuesto y aventurarse a lo desconocido.
Because I like to meet new people and other cultures and thus be able to exchange tastes, knowledge, experiences and typical dishes, besides being able to travel with little budget and venture into the unknown.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Doing an intercultural exchange to the US for 4 months. I worked as Lift Operator in Mount Snow, VT. It was a good experience, because I could meet people from Paraguay, Chile, Argentina and from the US, as well as have chance to improve my English.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some good conversations, making them feel the charisma and joy of Peruvians, teaching them some recipes from my country, teaching them the culture and lifestyle of Peru and bringing them something from there. And, if you are interested in the language, I would love give you someSpanish lessons. And last but not least, a good friend waiting for you in Peru.
