I am a 27-year-old student of biology, very interested in studying how to protect the environment that surrounds and sustains us.

I have always loved hiking of all kinds, which allows us to reconnect with our natural environment.

This has also allowed me to travel and meet new people, exchanging new ideas and knowledge, and that is what drives me to travel more and more.

I am someone who loves meeting new people and having new experiences, I think it is one of the things that helps us grow the most.
Despite communication difficulties and some shyness, I don't let that stop me from throwing myself into new experiences.

I hope to be able to exchange my knowledge and ideas, learning new ones from the people I will meet in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here because I am about to embark on a solo trip through several European countries through various volunteer programmes, and since, in addition to discovering new places, it is also important for me to get to know the people who live in those cities, I hope that meeting people here will allow me to enrich this experience to the fullest and leave a part of myself, a mark, on the people I meet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a lover of music in general. I grew up with classic rock thanks to my father, then explored jazz, discovered the world and culture of hip-hop as a teenager, and then expanded my horizons to music from other cultures such as flamenco and Latin music, French music (such as Georges Brassens and Stromae, of course), and, being Italian, I have a great knowledge of the most important Italian singer-songwriters.
I also really enjoy listening to electronic music, both to get me pumped up and to go dancing with friends.
Obviously, wherever I travel, I want to get to know the most important singers in the cities I visit.

As for cinema, I am a fan of everything behind the production of a film, which makes me truly appreciate the art of cinema.

I love reading classic science fiction stories (for example, Isaac Asimov), but also comics and graphic novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I decided to travel alone, I went to live in Spain for 10 months as a volunteer. This allowed me to step out of my comfort zone, enabling me to grow, meet fantastic people and immerse myself totally in a new culture, assimilating its customs, traditions and expressions.

Teach, Learn, Share

These are the main things I look for in a trip, so the cultural exchange that will take place will cover many aspects, from personal stories to music and cuisine. I am very curious about people's interests.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I hope to be able to share, in addition to my story, some nice moments spent together, from walking around the city to cooking together or watching a film.
Of course, if anyone needs any help around the house, they are welcome to ask me for a hand.
