About Me
Hi there, I'm a student from Germany who is currently living in Yokohama for an internship. I am very easy to get along with and enjoy meeting new people, hanging out with them and go grab a beer in the evening. I am quite into sports and like being out in nature.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think that visiting a place as a normal tourist is always a limited experience, one only sees a small part of the whole picture. Couchsurfing offers a much more fulfilling experience, since you get to know places from the perspective of a local. As I am very sociable, I like that Couchsurfing makes it easy to meet new friends and hang out with them.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of different genres, but nothing makes me happier than a good techno rave :)
I have read tons of good books, but two that just pop up in my mind when thinking about it are
Patrick Rothfuss' 'The name of the wind' and 'Shogun' by James Clavell.
Teach, Learn, Share
My Japanese skills are somewhere on the intermediary level and I'm always trying to improve. Some speaking practice is always appreciated and I can of course always offer some help if someone is learning German or English.
I am also teaching myself how to draw and while it is nowhere near an expert level, I did make some progress and could share some experience on how to get started.
