About Me

Hi, I'm Manu! I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and at the moment surfing and travelling in Indonesia but have just came from a Work and Travel experience for one year in Australia.

About myself? I am out going, relax, tidy and always respecfull person that is always looking for new experiences and people to know around the world with different cultures and manners that fill me up and make me grow as a human. One of my passions is eating! I always preffer to go to the tiny and local restaurant than going to an expensive and fancy place. I love doing sports and specially Surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kite surf and wakeboard.
Moreover, I have a Bachelor degree in Political Science so that means I love sharing chats about countries politics. I worked in Public Policy for the Buenos Aires Government in the past, but now I am open to new opportunities. However, I am planning to study a Master Degree in Portugal in the future so I would like to know the country first so I can get into the culture and meet local people specially, and of course, learn Portuguese.

I don't now much about Portugal except from my friend of Porto told me but I am really excited to see what the country and the people has to offer me and teach me for my life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friends keep saying me to try Coachsurfing so why not to give it a chance? I always go to hostels and I don't really feel I totally experience the local community. My main goal is to know local people and as I said before, learn about them. I am not looking for a fancy place to stay, I can sleep even in the floor as long as I have good people to share my day by day.

When I am back to Buenos Aires (in July 2019) I would be more than pleased to host people in my house and show them the city, my family and friends.
