My friends say about me that I'm their joyful friend who brings fresh wind in their lives. Exaggerated! :D
Well I'm talkative and social, as well as silent and meditative, as well as angry at injustices .
Warm-hearted and idealistic.

I love to share travels, breathtaking landscape, delicious cakes and dishes, wild nature walks, urban night walks, yoga, theatre, music concerts, movies and so on. Enjoying and perceiving the present moment.
I'm from Italy, I've been living in Colombia for 11 years and in Spain from 1 year and half.
I work performing arts and youth intercultural european projects. My two passions.

Travel, discover, hang out with friends, walking in the nature, practice yoga, swim, dance, music concerts, read and do extreme sports, sing (but I'm shy at first) .
I love stay in the sun, I love situations and people that make me laugh!

Music, Movies, and Books

"Amici miei" in any "zingarata" may be representative of what kind of life I can share with my friends.
Blues, soul, jazz, rock, reggae, ¡salsa!, son cubano and so on...
Books/readings: I have few time but I am very curious about a lot of reading... from yoga to physics, from philosophy to arts and anatomy, literature, travel readings, botany, ikea instructions..... it depends on time, place and disposition of the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

May be the more venture thing I did in my life was to arrive to live in Colombia.
Yeah, this step changed my life, and gave me new perspectives.

Live in the rain forest, be again part of the nature, not her owner.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach acting, performing arts stage precence, somatic movement (mostly body posture and dynamics of movement to improve your health, your emotions and your approach to life) and yoga introduction.

I can teach as well Italian and Spanish language, and Italian and Colombian cooking and dances.
