My name is Manuel.

I am very enthusiastic about learning new stuff about.. yeah, more or less everything. I am always looking for the next challenge or adventure to go through, which does not prevent me from being a pretty chilled person. This is why I enjoy inspiring conversations as well as just watching a nice movie.

Music has always given me a feeling of escaping my every day life and could bring up all sorts of emotions in me. I have been playing the guitar and the bassoon for many years now, but more on a just-for-fun level. So, going to concerts or festivals makes me even more happy.

As I am studying documentary film and journalism, I am always willing to talk about what's currently happening in the world or any topic that is interesting to you. Accordingly, I am always ready to meet with you, even if I can't host you or the other way around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people who I can exchange my experiences and thoughts with. It was never so easy to travel almost everywhere we wish and I'd like to use this privilege to learn as much about the world and its people as possible. Couchsurfing is a great platform to achieve all this and I hope to have some great talks and experiences all over the world. Also, I believe that a journey can be much more intense when meeting locals from the places where I travel!
