Overview
About Me
I'm an economist that chose to become a cook, passionate about fitness, cooking, excersize and the restaurant industry. I enjoy reading a good book, having a nice chat over coffe and learning new stuff about most subjects in live. The outdoor activities are always an adventure I like to go on, and explore the costumes of the places I visit. Nothing beats a good drink and an interesting subject to talk about.
I am a really easygoing person and very opend minded to new ideas, after all every person is a universe in itself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because my sister introduced me to it. I belive that traveling widens our minds and changes the perspective which we see ourselves and each other. Besides, having the chance to meet locals in the place you are visiting gives you a complete different experience when traveling and discovering a new city. The social exchange and understanding the cutoms of the society itself it's a tantalizing idea. The amount of experiences and anecdotes one can learn from other people is limitless.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I have done... I chose to change my career and pursue my dream of becoming a chef.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach spanish and english, how to cook (from boiling eggs to baking bread). I'm colombian so coffee is in my veins, and i decided to train as a barista, so now I'm able to share the knowledge of coffee brewing; and I'm also an enthusiast of fermented foods (They are the source of life).
I want to learn as many languages as I can, also I want to learn how to play the guitar.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have many skills in cooking, also I enjoy having conversations of asorted topics, specially those that challenge our own perspectives and widens our horizon.
