Overview
About Me
I'm a Systems Engineer from Quito with an innate passion for adventure and culture. I consider myself a relaxed person with a great sense of humor, always ready for a good conversation or a new experience. I love exploring nature, whether it's hiking hidden trails or camping under the stars, and sharing those moments with my family and friends.
Beyond technology, I'm an enthusiast of world cultures, languages, and, of course, music in all its forms. I'm one of those people who enjoys a quiet night at home as much as an impromptu getaway. I love learning and sharing, and I firmly believe that everyone has a fascinating story to tell.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My curiosity for the world is insatiable, and Couchsurfing seems like the ideal platform to satisfy it. I'm here to go beyond the usual tourist circuits and immerse myself in authentic local life. I long to experience new cultures firsthand, practice languages, and, above all, connect with people from all over the world who share the spirit of adventure and cultural exchange.
I'm looking for genuine experiences, to learn from others' journeys, and, of course, to share a piece of the rich Ecuadorian culture. Whether it's through a good chat, a shared meal, or exploring an unexpected corner of a city, I believe the best travel memories come from human connections.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm quite eclectic in my cultural tastes, but if I have to choose, music is my daily soundtrack. I enjoy everything from classic rock and salsa to indie music and Latin rhythms. I love discovering new artists and genres, so I'm always open to recommendations.
As for movies, I lean towards stories that make me think, laugh, or travel to other worlds; documentaries and arthouse cinema also captivate me. And for books, I dive into everything from science fiction and fantasy to non-fiction and historical novels. A good story is a good story, no matter the format!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been fortunate enough to live some memorable adventures. One of the most remarkable was when I traveled part of Ecuador in the back of a truck. No, it wasn't a joke—it was an authentic and completely safe experience that allowed me to see incredible landscapes from a unique perspective and meet fascinating people along the way! That boldness extends to my travels, having already explored Brazil, Colombia, and Peru, always seeking those unconventional experiences.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a strong believer in continuous learning and I love cultural exchange. I have a great interest in perfecting my language skills; I'm currently focused on improving my English, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese. I'd love to practice with you and learn new phrases!
In return, I can immerse you in the richness of Ecuadorian culture. I'm an excellent unofficial guide and can show you local customs, explain our history, and, of course, teach you to dance some of our traditional rhythms if you're up for it. I'm also a Systems Engineer, so if you're interested in technology, we can chat about that too!"
What I Can Share with Hosts
As a traveler, and thinking about a future where I might host, I can offer excellent company and a local perspective of my country. If you're a traveler planning to visit Ecuador, I'll provide valuable information and detailed recommendations on absolutely everything: from the most touristic and emblematic places to hidden gems, the best restaurants to try authentic cuisine, lively pubs, or theaters for a cultural night out. Consider that you'll have an enthusiastic guide full of useful facts to make your experience in my country unforgettable.
