Hi! My name is Maria, but you can call me Mar (sea in spanish, fun fact). I study Arquitecture and I also practice rugby. I like spending time outside, excercising, seeing buildings and walking around.
I like discovering beauty in the smallest and more common things, and enjoying the little moments when you feel free and plenty, because those are the ones where you're happy and you don't even realize.

At the moment I can't host anybody for exams season (I share flat with two other girls).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to know people from other places and share moments and experiences! I want to learn about other cultures, other lifestyles, other ways to see life and the universe, other languages and to discover all the diferences that make each one of us unique.
I think if you are openminded, positive, and willing to help people, you'll get the same from the universe so I always hope for the best to come.

Not a very movie person, I rather tv series (I lost track of how many series I've watched so far) BUT Game of Thrones still doesn't catch me -sorry not sorry.
About books... I like reading but I've been really lazy for the past few years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I dropped Civil Engineering and started studying Arquitecture because I found out it wasn't for me. At least those 3 years in Engineering taught me a lot outside the academic field.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish and learn anything you want to teach me. I like learning new things a lot, even useless things like how to lick your elbow.
I'm learning to play the ukelele so if you want I can teach you the little I know :D
