I'm Mar and I'm twenty years old. I'm from Barcelona but currently I'm based in Roskilde, Denmark, coursing my Erasmus semester here. I'm an outgoing person with interests in photography, cinema and documentaries. I'm also a really fan of listening music all day, exploring new places, and also dad jokes and bad puns (even more if they are inappropriate and thrown in awkward moments <3 ).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even though I knew couchsurfing since a while ago, it wasn't until now that I decided to create my own account. After the erasmus experience I'm very much encouraged to travel and to meet new people, and Couchsurfing appears to include both!:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I could never choose an specific music style, favourite movie or book... but now that you ask, I'd say that right now, I'm very into Balkan music (Balkan folk, rock, ska, elektrobalkan). The most breathtaking movie I've recently watched was Force Majeure, from Ruben Östlund (great scandinavian - masculinity portrait when constantly exposing limit situations!). The book I'm currently reading is a Breaking Bad analysis from the perspective on some series experts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess that the most amazing thing I've done is getting to know myself –and accepting what I found- through 20 years! hehe
