About Me
Hey everyone!
It's kind of a challenging task to describe myself, but I will try :)
My name is Mara, I come from Latvia and at the moment I am a master's student at the University of Freiburg, Germany. I am an easy going, open minded, friendly and definitely a fun person, laughing (even about the most random things) is a key to good mood :)
How do I like to spend my free time? Well, if I have free day I would spend it doing some sports, for example, skiing, or I could also call it a "lazy" day and spend it all by sitting my garden and reading a good book. But overall, mostly when I have free time I travel cause those always are invaluable memories, experiences and lessons, as well as opportunity to meet amazing people from all around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
So far I've done CS twice and both times it was an awesome experience. I had the opportunity to meet total strangers but after 15 min of talking I had a feeling we've know each other for years, and that's such a cool feeling. I believe it's because CS attracts open minded people who want to explore the beauty of the world and human relationship, and therefore I am really excited about being a part of the CS community.
