ABOUT ME

Hi There! 😊 I'm Mara, nice to have you here! I hope by reading my profile you can feel the good energy through it because I am a positive individual who always tries to see the best in people and situations and I show it in my actions and I believe in being kind to everyone when given the opportunity.
I am a video editor, I have a small business in pause right now, i do massage therapy and I also work with social projects where I am part of a team that writes proposals for those who are in need being part of a specific kind of association or a community which the most community that I work with is the Quilombola (They are the descendants of Afro-Brazilian slaves who escaped from slave plantations that existed in Brazil until abolition in 1888) and it is a very powerful contact working with them, for them, so my part i do online and sometimes i do help to execute the project going to the community staying there for a few days/sometimes there's no bathroom and we do live like our ancestors had lived. Having showers on the river and relieving ourselves in the woods so i have a real concept about living and having gratitude that came from all my experiences which is always so deeply beautiful. It's a heart touching my time spending in those communities.

I really like the couchsurfing spirit. I figure it out what is all about so yes if i accept you in my place or I send you a request i am not interested only in sleep on your couch and also i won't be upset if you don't have time to me or if i cannot give you attention but for sure, I will be there with a open heart and a kind feeling to share even a short time having a coffee
(its not about coffee/ I even drink coffee but i love tea,/ice hot, cappuccinos, juices, cocktail,
wine and beer) anyway it's about be there for you. To serve you if I can.

I am out of the country at the moment but you still can try to request me a stay since I can get you the place for you in order to make sure you will be nice to the dogs and cats and also take care about the space. Even tho I am far I can give you a few tips and by distance recommend you some friend to show you around if you are up to it, otherwise you are totally free to do your things.

More about me: I live in a small beautiful city which its very quiet, there's no bus, no trains, it is in the middle of the nature between many waterfall, where the people eat organic food and have the open mind about everything (different from those who are living in the big cities) After been living in this paradise i became more thoughtful, i dislike small talking, i accept people without any judgment because it's not my job to care about who they are or how they choose to live. I learned a strong feeling to respect all no matter.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

- Traveling to US 🇺🇲 in 2014 without knowing nobody or even speak the language

- Left my mom house at 15 years old to live by my own, had a job y take care of my self (since then I'm very responsible girl)

- Hold 🐍 sneaks in Mexico 🇲🇽

- Going on top of Grand Canyon in Arizona in a snow time.
