ABOUT ME

I am a spiritual goofball. I am a lighthearted philosopher. I love honey, blue berries, and all things organic. I love deep conversations and global perspectives. I like laughing so hard to the point of pain. I like Spanish scarves and Tahitian coconuts. Often I enjoy red wine while I cook in the kitchen. Spices, soccer (futbal), and sunshine are vital. I have mastered the art of simply hanging out and being as I become

Teach, Learn, Share

A few years ago, I asked this question to the wisest person I know: "what is your religion?" His response was not only surprising, but so highly profound that I will never possibly forget it.

He told me this: "To grow a tomato plant is my religion. From digging the earth, to planting a seed, to watering a sprout, to watching the plant grow and produce flowers and tomatoes, to finally creating a tomato sauce that brings nourishment into my body... and doing it all over again, again and again. Now that is what being alive is all about."

And I said "amen" to that.
