About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"mestiere di vento"
ABOUT ME
I am a traveler, an ecologist and a sailor - not in priority order! And an economist, in the spare time.
I am a fan of no-oil two wheels transport: I go everywhere in the city by bike, and often ciclo-tours.
What else? I can't live without reading, any piece of paper with ink on it.
love taking pictures.
and more classical things like going to the cinema, drinking with friends...
last but not least: I'm a coffee addicted, as every good italian.
PHILOSOPHY
There is too much beauty in the world to stay angry. Or sad. Or still.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My "fixed" place is Palese, a small town on the sea, 5km away from Bari. When I am at home, I can (and I like to) host. Though I am a last minute planner, and I am always travelling and moving a lot, that's why my couch is not always available!
In my view, couchsurfing is always a mutual gift, if taken with the right mood. I love sharing experiences with couchsurfers, and I think to have the chance to explore a place with people living there is a precious and wonderful opportunity. God bless couchsurfing!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Probably the most amazing couchsurfing experience was in Manila, in the Philippines, were our host really made us "feel the vibe" and explore the most of its city. We would never ever have discovered Manila that way on our own, and those stay wouldn't be so unique as it was!
Interests
travelling, of course.
and sailing. offshore races. anywhere in the world, I just need the sea, a boat and favourable wind.
Hiking and camping. I'd like to do rock-climbing, finally outside the gym, once in my life. possibly even more than once.
