Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It’s my first time doing interrail and a lot of friends recommended couchsurfing to meet people and get to know the cities :)

Interests

I‘m very interested in local food and local music. I also wonder what young people from different countries do to feel alive, in Berlin there is a very intense party culture - what do other young adults do on their weekends elsewhere? And also I’m always looking for an underground punk scene - if you know one in your city I’d love to see it!

Music, Movies, and Books

At home I often enjoy gabber/ hardcore and German punk, but I believe every place and time has its own kind of music.
I watch a lot of documentaries when my brain has the capacity. If not I catch myself rewatching the same dumb shows and movies on and on…
Maybe too simple for most but my all time favourite book will be the little Prince :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Jordan I got to celebrate the Eid Mubarak with a Person from Amman who had to be in the south of the country because of work and couldn’t be with his family for the holiday and he showed me a lot of the area and prepared local food to end Ramadan with us :)

Teach, Learn, Share

The way we see the world has so much to do with the way we grow up - where we grow up. I want to know how people see the world elsewhere and learn from that!
