About Me
CURRENT MISSION
use my time in the US to see as much as possible
ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Germany, I had never been out of Europe till last year - when I decided to become an AuPair in the United States.
It has been one of the best decisions ever made in my life.
Getting out of my everyday life opened up a lot of new doors, still enriches my life every day.
I have been to so many places that I had just seen in movies before, I met so many exciting and impressive people.
Even though I'll return to Germany in January, it will never be the same again. And I mean that in a good way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am back in my home country which gives me the opportunity to start hosting. I havent made any hosting experiences yet but I cant wait for my first one.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It's always impressive to me how many people participate in CouchSurfing. And it doesn't seem like anyone is too old or too young to participate.
So far I could just CouchSurf and not host anyone, but I am looking forward to my first hosting experience since all my surfing experiences have been great.
Interests
I love to be outdoors and discover a lot of new things. Even though I might not be good at every kind of sport I like to try them and hang out with friends.
I am always up for a laugh.
Usually, you'll never find me unoccupied, I am ALWAYS busy and I love it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love horror movies and thrillers, sometimes some good comedy.
I usually never get really captivated by a movie, since most of the movies follow the same patterns than all the other movies out there.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Thrown in cold water when I came to the US, not knowing a single person, a big language barrier, no clue about the culture and knowing I have to stay for a year...
i gotta say, i ve figured it out and I have to stay for a year turned pretty fast in I just have a year (shock!), i met lots of nice people and its a continuing success story!
im glad i was able to make all these experiences!
Teach, Learn, Share
Of course I would love to share all the things about Germany even though the area I come from does not have a lot of traditions. Furthermore it is just always an enrichment to have a good talk.
