I am a curious, thoughtful person that enjoys the company of others but is also very independent. I love seeing new places, meeting new people, and experiencing new things. I have a strong passion for public health, equality, and social justice issues. Some of my weaknesses include dark chocolate, mac & cheese, and fluffy dogs.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I drove across the country in 2013 which was amazing. I also had the opportunity to attend the Royal Women's Henley Regatta in Henley, England and tour London just before the 2012 Olympics.

I spent the summer of 2014 biking from Rhode Island to California with the non-profit organization Bike & Build. I biked with 30 other young adults to raise money and awareness of affordable housing issues in our country. We worked on 14 different housing projects, mostly with Habitat for Humanity. Along the way we met so many incredible people, and experienced so many random acts of kindness. The experience overwhelmed me with the goodness of the human spirit. It was an incredible journey that I would love to repeat one day!
