Since June 1991 Fior di Loto in Juan Dolio offers you: a cozy place to spend your holidays in the Caribbean in a family atmosphere. A culture center and meeting point for Dominicans and strangers. The right place for Spiritual Seekers, Artists, Musicians, or simply people who enjoy traveling!

We are 25 minutes only east of Santo Domingo's Airport of the Americas in the quaint beach town called Juan Dolio. The beautiful Carribean water is just a 5 minute walk from our front doors! The baseball capital of the world, San Pedro de Macoris, is just 20 minutes east of our hotel. The capital, Santo Domingo, is one hour to the west.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It is very easy to get here from Airport of the Americas in the capital, Santo Domingo.

Taxi: There are many taxis waiting in front of the airport. Tell the driver you are going to Fior di Loto, next to the shell gas station in Juan Dolio. It should cost about $45 US.

Public transport (daytime only): Walk off the pick up zone ramp and you can take a moto-taxi to the bus stop on the freeway. It will cost 100 pesos (50 for you, 50 for your suitcase) or take a taxi to the freeway for 300 pesos. Tell the man at the bus stop that you are going to Juan Dolio. He will stop the correct bus for you. The bus costs 60 pesos. Get off in about 30 minutes when you see the Shell gas station on the left hand side. Walk about 300 m ahead and then turn right. You will see Fior di Loto there.
