ABOUT ME

I am living and working in San Diego and crossing my fingers to live here forever. Traveling is my passion and I've been to 35 countries and counting so far, but no matter how many amazing things I see, my bucket list keeps getting longer. I've had some amazing couchsurfing experiences, and really appreciate the friendliness and multi-cultural interests of other wanderers. I love art and history and people and film, and much much more. Working my way towards all 7 Wonders, the 50 states, and 59 U.S. National Parks, among other things.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed on several couches, mostly in Europe and the US, and love the people I have met along the way.

Intereses

Sunshine, ocean, beach, hiking, camping, mountain air, photography, nature, movies, wine, beer, food. Lots and lots of food. And family. And the friends who feel like family.

Música, películas y libros

I love old classic movies. Casablanca is my favorite and one of the best films of all time. I love Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant, and Audrey Hepburn. Garden State and Moulin Rouge also fall at the top of my list.

Also trying to read more of the classic books I never got to in high school. Love in the Time of Cholera is a new favorite, so is Reading Lolita in Tehran. Eat Pray Love and the Three Musketeers are my all-time favorites.

Just one amazing thing I have done or seen? Impossible. Traveling the world and learning about myself and others in the meantime, thats more like it.

A few of my life highlights: seeing a lava flow in Hawaii while I was working as a Park Ranger. The lantern festival in Thailand, hang-gliding in Switzerland, and having the Great Wall of China all to myself are some other experiences I will never forget.
