ABOUT ME

My name is Mara, I am 24 years old, I live and study in Tilburg.
I am pretty new to the whole hosting thing, I have used couchsurfing for surfing on a scandinavian trip I made a while back. I now live in a place that has enough space to host and therefor I now have the opportunity to share my space and meet awesome travelers. I am a very sportive person, I love to ride my bikes, go running, swimming, boxing, do yoga, etc. I also love food (mostly healthy, vegetarian food) and coffee. I am a pretty spontaneous person and I love improvising on trips.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed some couches and I am planning to do this again in the future, right now I am not traveling so I would like to open up my place and host some friendly people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed all the way from Oulu, Finland, through whole finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. I made this trip with two friends. I kind of believe in couchsurfing karma so I would like to give back the hospitality that I received.

Lots and lots of music.. Depends on the mood and situation. Always keeping an eye out for new and exciting artist, love discovering new things on festivals.

Algo increíble que he hecho

The most amazing thing I have done is living in Finland for 5 months. Husky rides, northern light, ice swimming, lots of sauna and even more awesome people.
More recently I travelled to the Alps for the first time, it was an unforgettable trip together with my mom.
