Meeting new people while traveling the world seems like a good start, right?

I'm currently on my Europe 2017 2 month trip. My goal is to relax and take things as they come, stick to my travel budget, write all about it and learn Italian! Currently traveling with my friend Matt.

My next trip will be southeast Asia and Japan in 2019.

While on this year's trip I plan to make life long friends and meet up with some existing friends who are also crawling the globe in the same corner as me.

I love to read: sci fi, fantasy, crime and mystery.

Total Star Wars and Star Trek nerd, into Marvel movies and Batman :P

I'm a trained cook and currently work as a cooking waiter in a fine dining steak house. Passionate about wine and cocktails.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been spending time in hostels meeting some wicked people. I've always wanted to couch surf and learn more about a local than just people traveling.
Of course, nearing the end of a trip, the budget gets more and more tight and cost can start to be a concern.
Love for a place to crash for a few days or even a week at the end of my trip:)
