I'm a simple guy who loves peace and quiet times, music, travels, good conversations, outdoor activities, and anything related to mindfulness (yoga, meditation, personal development, etc.). In my daily life, I teach music and yoga, two areas I'm passionate about :) I live and travel with my girlfriend France, who's also a certified instructor in Essentrics training.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is an incredibly powerful way to connect with people, but also to connect with yourself. That's why I would say my tastes are constantly changing! That being said... I generally play classical guitar. I enjoy ambient music, jazz, folk, progressive (post-rock to metal), anything with grooves, etc. etc. (name it!).
