Overview
About Me
My name is Marc, from Salt Lake City, UT. In the past 5 years I’ve worked as a massage therapist, wilderness therapy guide, server, and a lifecoach/mentor at a drug treatment and behavioral heath center. Ive been labeled as respectful, polite, rude, calm, spaz-tastic, down to earth, high as a kite, insightful, stupid, tactful, tactless, spontaneous, and interesting.
I enjoy a good sense of humor and like to laugh. It’s medicine for me.
I do my best to be a genuine and authentic person, just trying to be a well balanced human.
I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. Everyone is unique is their own way and I love hearing the bizarre, tragic, meaningful, silly, ridiculous stories that make people who they are. And I’m happy to share my own.
Healing of all types is important to me.
The great outdoors is constantly offering opportunities to learn, grow, and deepen my understanding of life. Sometimes it’s just below the surface... literally. I am grateful to be alive and able to keep wandering this planet.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I feel the best way to travel and see new areas is through the eyes and experience of the locals. I can’t stay in hotels all the time and this offers a very affordable means of travel and stay.
