Hi,

I was born in the Caribbean (Trinidad & Tobago), and grew up in London.

I am a 28 year old, qualified triathlon coach. (Swim, Bike, Run)
I have spent the past 5 years working as a digital marketing specialist; and now help small business owners, athletes (or, anybody else who will listen)!

I will be cycling to Malaga, Spain - where I will be coaching a training camp organised by our triathlon club (www.greenwichtritons.org.uk) once I arrive, in Easter.

On this journey, I hope to get inspiration for future travelling and to learn about myself, while meeting some amazing people.
