ABOUT ME

I was born in the East of France in Strasbourg (which is a place really influenced by german culture), and grew up there! My little family lives there, we are not many people but are really close. I have a happy nature and feel better when in movement. I am generally really curious about any kind of things, most of the time a good listener and I'm sure we can learn from each other.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no bad choices in life! Everything always happens to be alright! I don't like to be ordered to do something!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to host people sometimes, spend time with them and feel human, getting to know about people you would have never met otherwise! My flat is not big so I prefer to have one or two CS at once!

Interests

I am someone simple so any little thing can make me smile or feel good. I like to walk, cook and taste things, I like to feel productive in my life but now I sometimes try to take it easy and might force myself to slow down and just appreciate! Discovering is addictive. I love to walk, in everyday's life but also during several days, having an objective and looking at the landscape changing all along the road. I love to watch movies on Sunday afternoon! I try to keep playing music , drum (I play in a Soul Band) and a bit of guitar ! I also like hoodies, the smell of fresh cut grass, cheese, backpacks. I take part in a sailing club, so with the crew we go for boat adventures a few time in the year ^^. I also started to learn improvisation, it feels fantastic, and I go often to see some improv shows.

Music, Movies, and Books

They change all the time but NOW I like to listen : Soul, House, post-rock, Trip-hop! Movies are always interesting even when they're bad! For books, I always have a pile of them at home, and do my best to keep a good reading rythm!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been involved in music festival's organization many times and I loved to run all all over the place, managing things and be in contact with artists.
I was involved in earth building projects in India, masoning and creating the mix to produce bricks. It was an amazing experience to work with Indian laborers and contribute to building projects.
I walked 100km in 30h and then I was tired!

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to learn languages, it takes a lot of time but then they are funny to use! I think I could teach some science basics, home made recipes and guitare basics.
