ABOUT ME

Hi,

My name is Marc. I'm a 22 year old student from Trinity College in Dublin, IRELAND. I'm currently on exchange and studying Law at ANU in Canberra AUSTRALIA for the year :) I'm really enjoying myself here in Oz and i'm looking to explore and travel around this amazing country in the most interesting way possible. Basically I want to see it all, and would love to meet and hang out with some cool people along the way.

I'm laid back, very sociable, easy to get along with, love to sight-see and go out at night.

I work part time in a restaurant in Canberra to pay the bills (just about)! And study in ANU Canberra (Although I'm a Trinty College student at heart). Having a great time so far, and have met some awesome people from around the world. Still not too sure what I want to be later in life, but I'm not too worried about that now. I'll travel first, meet new people and hopefully get some inspiration.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm from Dublin Ireland, where my friends and I often hosted travellers in our apartment. But now I'm in Australia and looking to travel, so I decided to set up my own CS profile...
I'm living in Canberra for the year (August 2012 - August 2013) in student accommodation, but looking to see as many places in Oz as possible.
While I am new to the website I'm looking to get involved, meet new people, and explore Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to the whole CouchSurfing network, but am keen to get involved and explore Australia. After that I'll probably be back in Dublin for a year, and then hopefully on the move again!

Also love documentaries like - Across the Universe/ Waiting for Superman / Grizzly Man / and lots more

Music --- the list is long.
I love going to music festivals, gigs and concerts but also love nightclubs too...
I'd say my taste is Alternative but really I listen to anything

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
