For many years we ran a management consulting company while also being community activists.

Currently, we split our time among Ottawa, Toronto, and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Staying with, and learning from local people has added incredible depth to our travel experience.

Sue and I have couchsurfed with a range of hosts in the US and Canada -- all great -- including: Sault Ste Marie ON, Nipigon ON, Brandon MB, Regina SK, Saskatoon SK, Edmonton AB, Eugene OR, Kelowna BC, Nelson BC, Rapid City SD, Sioux Falls SD, Madison WI, and Ann Arbor MI. More to come!

Seeing the sunlight hit the wings of millions of Monarch butterflies in Michoacán Mexico; having a couchsurfing host leave the back door of her house open for a couple of total strangers while she was away camping.
