Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a lot of friends who have couch surfed their way around the world and they always come back with interesting stories. Also, I really want to be as little of a tourist as possible when im visiting a country and couch surfing seems so...pure! Plus I figure i'd make a good buddy at the same time. Two birds with one stone!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music (even opera!) but despise country lol. Favorite genre would , probably be Alternative Hip Hop. Artist I like: Lupe Fiasco, Deltron 3030, MF Doom, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and hella others.

I read a lot of fantasy and fiction but also like non-fiction and books on esoteric philosophy as well. A few good books/series i've read: The Wheel of Time series (Robert Jorden), The Dragonlance series/sagas (Margaret Weis, Tracy Hickman, and many others), Thought Power (Annie Besant), Concentration and Meditation (Cristmas Humpreys), The Seven Bamboo Tablets of the Cloudy Satchel (Deng Ming Dao) and many others.

I'm kind of a movie buff. And I love a good animated film. Some favorites are: Requiem for a Dream, Fight Club, Memento, South Central, Dead Presidents, the Dark Knight, Rosewood, What Lies Beneth, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa and the Valley of the Wind, the Wind Rises, Spirited Away, The Tale of Princess Kaguya. I know I'm missing a few but yeah lol.
