Hey,
my name is Marcel, I am studying mechanical engineering during. At the moment I am doing a semester abroad at Georgia Tech. Afterwards I will travel through the US to get to know the country and the people living here.

I like to play soccer and am generally interested in sports. I also enjoy watching movies/series and listening to music. I am communicative and value a certain cleanliness. In addition, I enjoy spending time with friends and am always interested in new things. All in all, I would describe myself as a very curious and open-minded person who likes to meet different people and try out new things.

In my opinion, couchsurfing is the perfect way to travel because for me traveling includes more than just sightseeing. I would like to meet locals and experience the spirit/ way of life.
