Hey guys,

My Name is Marcel I am a 26 year old medical student from Germany. I find the concept of getting to know new people that are home to a place i am visiting very interesting and am happy to do the same with someone who comes to where I live.
So I decided to start couch surfing despite the fact that its now being turned into a business rather than a movement.

I like sports, especially climbing, and I love good music. To me a day well spent is a day with some friends or family and a chilled beer and not much to do but talk about whatever comes into my mind : )

I also like languages alot, right now I try to learn french.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once bought a car with a friend on 'le bon coin' from some guys near avignon for small money and we decided to drive it back to germany where his father who has a fitting Shop would then try to find some useful parts.
It was a crazy journey full of funny incidents, in the end a friend of ours crashed the car somewhere in the alps (minor accident, noone hurt, but car broken) and we sold it on the spot to a local guy continuing by foot. I always like to think back about it.

I like sharing. Its a simple thing but it helps to connect and use our ressources more responsibly.
Although not the best of a cook i am motivated to try new stuff.
Learning is to me one of the most important things in life. People who want to learn will more likely be surprised and impressed by how great human beings can be.
