Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Especially in the two years before corona I experienced the huge difference between travelling somewhere without knowing somebody at that place or doing so. I'm 100% sure getting to know a place better works by being shown the real life of a person living there. So I like to be both: the person to show somebody his hometown and being shown by people around the world :)

Interests

Sports in general, especially football, but recently roundnet. Socialising with friends, having some good food and beer - not only the Cologne one ;)

I don't really watch movies, I prefer to (unfortunately binge-) watch series: How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Sherlock, House Of Cards, Blacklist, True Detective, New Girl, Narcos, Black Mirror, Dark...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Besides a place to sleep, a quite big community of young, interesting people living, studying and working in cologne. Always lots of opportunities to meet new, open minded people, hang out together, play some roundnet, football or whatever. Getting some famous Kölsch beer, eating currywurst and seeing the "real cologne" away from all the touristy stuff :)
