Hi, my name ist Marcel. I recently moved to Halle in Germany to continue my studies. In my free time I like to travel, to draw or to cook. As well I enjoy everything related to arts and design as I am studying design and I love what I do.
Other than that I'm open to any kind of activity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used couchsurfing a lot when I was in Canada and always had nice experiences with my hosts. It's an amazing way to get to know locals and experience a city.

Interests

Go out, leave the house and do something amazing, this is what I love to do. Seeing the city, going to partys, but also enjoying nature.
In my free time I also do bike tours and a lot of creative stuff, like filming, photographing and drawing, preferably outside.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm mostly into electronic and alternative music, but generally I like any kind of music.
I as well like to go to concerts. I went to bands like RHCP, M83, or Bilderbuch, which was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. I'm always interested into music I don't know yet or living room concerts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was such an amazing moment when I crossed a cliffy valley for hours in Switzerland and at its end there was an ice blue lake surrounded by ground rocks and clear ice.

Last summer I went to Trondheim and was obsessed about an eternal sunset. It was one of these beautiful sunsets, but it went on for the whole night until it started to become day again. The sun never completely disappeared -I mean, isn't that amazing? definitely one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in my life.

Other than that I like to cook and Im interested in any kind of international meal.
