About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live for today. You're more likely to regret what you didn't do than what you did.
I'm just a scotch drinking, ukulele playing, football loving, belly dancing, sushi addict, adventure seeking Canadian.
"A comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there."
Interests
I love traveling. Any chance I get to explore new places, learn about different cultures, try new foods, use my languages (French and Spanish) I taught English in Murcia, Spain for a year a few years ago and the past year teaching in France. I am currently teaching in Agen, France (between Bordeaux and Toulouse).
After travelling, my second love is dance. My favourites are belly dance, bollywood and salsa. I also enjoy singing and playing the acoustic guitar and ukulele, learning new languages, cooking, playing basketball, rock climbing and hiking in the mountains.
Creativity is the greatest outlet for human expression. It gives us the opportunity to show our souls to the world and for the world to open our eyes to all the beauty that exists within it.

I love Quentin Tarantino films like Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs and Django, anything with Leonardo DiCaprio.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 16 days I visited 10 cities and 7 countries. France, Italy, The Vatican, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg.
I lived in Cordoba, Argentina for 5 months. Amazing food, asados (BBQs), diverse landscapes but above all, incredible, kind-hearted people. Visited the "cataratas" Iguazu Falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil.
Taught English in Spain for a year. You might only think of it for its wine and tapas, fine olive oil, matadors and bull fighting, siestas and fiestas, and yes it is all of those things but also so much more! There is something special about the people you find there. Everyone I've met has been friendly, kind, helpful, laid back and full of life. There is a word in Spanish that doesn't really exist in English and it's called "la sobremesa". It is meant to describe when you have finished eating and afterwards you sit and chat around the table with your friends.
Teach, Learn, Share
Collect moments, not things
We will remember the people we've met, the places we've been, the moments we've shared and not the things that we bought.
Remember what's important; Great people, incredible food, adventures, hope, passion, love and happiness.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach English, Spanish, French and some Brazilian Portuguese. :)
