About Me

Hey! I'm finishing my graduation in Musical Production in Brazil and seeking to meet people all around the world little by little.

I'm easy-going and love having a beer while listening to some music and talking to people. Also, I am somewhat of a musician. Excited to meet locals - I really enjoy having the "inside" look when I'm in a new city.

I also really like walking around cities, eating on nice places (and cheap, if possible), going to concerts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've realized that i spent most of my life inside my bedroom on the pc and that lead to inumerous lost opportunities and closed doors in my life. So i'm trying to make my lifetime more productive little by little and going after some adventures out in this world before i got too old and booring!!!

As i always say: "Ter história pra contar pros netinhos" (Have some stories to share with your grandchildren).

Really looking forward to hosting people sometime in the future, but sadly, this isn't possible at the moment :'(

Music, Movies, and Books

Well this is kind of a tricky question for me actually haha!

As a person who tries to be as much professional as possible in this industry, i like to belive that if someone plays a certain type of music and have some genuine fans, there may be something on it that makes it so special to them, even if i can't see it from the beginning. Trying to understand that, for me is enough reason to see the beauty of it.

As a matter of fact, i try to listen to as many types of music in my routine (godbless You Tube, BandCamp and Spotify hahaha)

Besides that, i have some musical preferences in the Metal, Rock, Punk/HC and Jazz scenes. Here are some artist i like and felt it was important for my life in a way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015, me and 3 other musician/producer friends that had about 20 y.o. worked booking independent rock shows in a very filth bar with where they sold very cheap beer .

At first we thought it would attract only some local bands and mostly of it we had already known the existence, but due to the low offering of Venues in the city for this kind of music, caught it the attention of more bands that we could imagine including bands coming from other cities and even other states!

The total of shows that the bar held was a bit more than 200 in ONE YEAR!!!!

I was one of the two soundguys that worked there an did about 100 shows with terrible low price audio equipaments, tons and tons an tons of beer and of course i saw lots of amazing shows that i will remember for the rest of my life!

Teach, Learn, Share

Native portuguese speaker (Yes, I will teach you the basics - and how to curse, obviously)

I play drums and i L-O-V-E to jam and improvise whenever is possible (some people say that i'm very good at it, but i think i'm not THAT bad actually)

I also love when people share with me their experiences with arts in general. I've got mesmerized just by hear people saying things with so passion.

I'm eager and open to learn about every and anything, actually.
I got carried away hearing and some times telling stories!

Recently, i am discovering the world of wine tasting and looking forward to meet someone who could teach me how to do it properly ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A beer, some life stories and a lot of fun and music!

I consider myself very polite and helpful by nature . Sometimes it's a curse and sometimes is a welcome attribute :P
