ABOUT ME

I am a modest and reserved yet communicative guy who lives in São Paulo (capital) and I fancy travelling, getting to know new people, new friends and other cultures. There is nothing like good friends in life no matter where they come from! As most of my people, Brazilian people, I am open minded, open hearted and respectful about every one's religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or social conditions, after all there is (there should be) place and opportunity to everyone. I do not support any party yet I have my political positions. I believe most things in life can be solved with a good talk. Well, be sure, we Brazilian are always warmth and welcoming to all foreign people in our country. I hope we take this spirit to all the countries we visit as well. Hard to say more! You'll have to find out by meeting me!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have never participated in couch surfing before. I am a newbie but I am already astonished with this great idea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have already hosted three Danish girls. They turned out to be good friends. I offered them a room and took them for a very intensive walk through the city of São Paulo. I have also hosted some pals within my own country, but never through this website. It was all indication of other friends

Interests

I am an historian and I am currently a master student. I research public policies over cultural heritage preservation. I work in projects about memory, culture, arts and cultural heritage. I am a bike adept and I love to explore natural landscapes riding or trekking. I am also a non-professional swimmer and I eventually apply for races in and outdoor with my team. I stand for São Paulo Football Club, a three time world champion team, and I do enjoy going to stadium to see my team playing! My favourite art is music, specially (but not only) rock, and I recently got back to music classes. I love to gather friends to appreciate good meals and good wine or beer, that's what life is made of!

Well, good moments in life bring always good drinks and good people along! I love to gather friends to taste wines, beers, whisky and also cachaça, a traditional sugar-cane-based spirit drink made only in Brazil. We have already learned a lot from south american wines and so much about each other. Let's say after some glasses a transcendental experiences take control of you and you can see the best of life hehe. How many great, sad, funny, and instructive stories come out in these moments!
