About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Build my career

ABOUT ME

I'm the kind of guy that you need to spend some time talking to, otherwise it's gonna be hard to understand what I'm really like.

I love spending time with nice people and chewing crazy ideas I have when I'm alone.

I'm sincere, that's sometimes good and sometimes bad. I guess that, overall, it pays off...

All I can offer is what I am. I hate lies and that's the reason why I tell people my true feelings about things and them. Whatever I say about someone is the exact thing I'd say to that person.

I usually criticize things around me. That doesn't mean I don't like them, it's just that a notice it!!!

Criticizing isn't, according to my point of view, bad.
I'm curious. Interested in many things, I try to learn a little about everything.

PHILOSOPHY

Living day by day, learning every day, making mistakes and learning from how I solved my problems. Always trying to help and smile more. Getting very upset when people treat me with disrespect or negligently is unavoidable, but I'm trying not to be like that as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been using CouchSurfing for some time already, since December 2006, and I can say that what I've learned and experienced is priceless.

The main reason I enjoy travelling to people's houses (and in the future when I have my own: HOSTING) is to learn how differently similar are the cultures everywhere. (You'll understand if you try ;D)

Contrary to most beliefs, I'm very much into cultural exchange and that's why I'd rather CouchSurf than stay at a Hostel. I can't wait to have my own Couch so people can surf it!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like what people call "commercial movies" mainly. I try to relax when I watch TV/films and therefore I am open to a deep and demanding movie when I know where I'm getting into.
I don't read a lot of books, but I read a lot of stuff on the internet (I look for good articles and themes around my interest)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- How fascinating is the Swiss way of life and organization.
- Paris, oh Paris... The Eiffel Tower made me realize: I'm in Europe!
- How nice Belgium is and how sadly it is not know worldwide as the great country it is!
- How welcoming and warm are the italians when they open their houses' doors for you.
- How nice it is to host and tour a guest around.
- The beautiful, scenic and cultural city of Vienna.
- The magical Finland with it's lakes, islands and people!
- "When a man is tired of London, he's tired of life".
- Canada and the very welcoming and polite Canadians
- The essence of globalization: A French-Lebanese hosted me in Boston, MA - USA and become a very good friend. He visited me in Brazil and I am visiting him in Lebanon soon!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a very interested amateur photography. I love photographing and I'd love to improve my skills and eventually combine that with another passion I have: Aviation and Airplanes.

Of course I can teach some basics about photography and aviation, but they're both hobbies and I'm not a professional source for any of those :D.

If possible, I'd learn every language in the world!!! So I guess everyone can help me here and I can help people with the same interest.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Paraguay, Russian Federation, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, Italy, United States
