About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn how to juggle at least four chainsaws while simultaneously taking on a zombie apocalypse all by myself.

ABOUT ME

If you need to be shown around Poznań„, fear not, my friend. I know it very well, so should you need to get to know Poznań„ really well, let's get started.

I want to know the city I'm going to inside out. I want to know stories about it. I'm also very interested in linguistics and I'd love to get to know your language.

PHILOSOPHY

Discordianism

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, it is couch surfing. It would be awesome if I could surf on a giant wave on my couch while punching sharks right in the face, but unfortunately it's not. However, I'm looking forward to the moment when it will be possible. But for now I participate by letting people sleep on my couch(es) and sleeping on couches in places where I go. Surfing has to wait.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been living for two months without an apartment in Poznań and sleeping on my friend's couches, I do not know if it counts, but may as well. I have been hosting and surfing, and once I've even exchanged apartments for a brief period of time.

Interests

Writing books! Apart form that this would be HDR photography, web development, writing a blog about books (http://marcinorlik.com), cognitive linguistics (any linguistics to be honest, really), postcrossing, trying to build my own small EMP cannon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I write books and even manage to get them published, and guess what? Writing is the easy part ;)

I can also make a fair spaghetti.
