Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participated in the CS meetings very often in the past. I was surfing in Spain and in Romania, Bucarest. I also went for a trip this year when I was hosted by the surfers in such places as Lyon, Turin and London. I was hosting people in Edinburgh, Scotland a couple of times. I would love to host more people as soon as it will be possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love CS people and the meetings. I made many friendships that last until now. I've never been disappointed. My trip to Spain with CS and hichhiking was one of the best times of my life.

Interests

I'm interested in the technical background of life we live. My passion is civil engineering. I love all types of constructions, buildings and monuments. I fancy in all types of the nature's creations. Recently I have started another adventure which is programming. I love books, music and sport.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into old classical and alternative rock, folk music and similar genres. I have special sentiment towards such famous bands as the Rollings Stones, Pink Floyd, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash or Eric Clapton.
I read various types of books.
I love Stanley Kubric's movies and French cinema in particular.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is more than one of those great things that I will never forget:
Hichhiking in Andalucia. On the lovely route from Granada to Cordoba in the cabrio with the sun warming my face and the wind blowing in my hair.
Hiking in Scotland on West Highland Way and enjoying breathtaking landscape.
Seeing wild horses in the Danube Delta.
Climbing the Great Wall of China with kind Chinese people I met in the bus on the way to Badaling.
Traversing Tatras by my own.

I have got more to take from the people than to offer. However, if someone wants to take sth from me I am super motivated to give as much as I have.
