About Me

I'm a simple Brazilian, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro. I consider myself very openminded and a really patience person. I'm more the type of listener, but I like talking (mainly about history or nonsense stuff). I also consider myself very honest and a reliable person, I don't like false and snob people. I also have a band, in which I play the guitar and sing. Basically: I'm normally shy, but when you get to know me better, you'll see that I'm all about what I just told!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to meet new people, know their culture and their history. I think it's always amazing that you may find a person like you, with the same interests, on the other side of the world. I also really like languages, if I could learn every single one in this world (or universe), I would! Meeting new people is a exchange of culture and mores, where you can always learn to be a better person and to understand and respect other people. Unfortunately I do not live on my own, otherwise I would certainly receive guests at my home!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: basically everything from rock to metal, from Beatles to Slayer!

Movies: I'm not a great movies fan, but I really like Lord of the Rings, old horror movies, Harry Potter (only the first three ones), Peter Pan, Toy Story...

Books: Every single book that J.R.R. Tolkien has already published, Harry Potter, All Quiet on the Western Front, The Second World War, First World War and D Day (by Martin Gilbert), all Sherlock Holmes histories, every single Edgar Allan Poe's poem...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That's hard to answer, I'm still very young and I'm sure there great moments of my life to come. But I just consider myself lucky having the family that I have, my friends and my girlfriend.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, everyone always says something from it's countries culinary, but I'm horrible at the kitchen. I can teach how to play a guitar, how to speak Portuguese, or a little bit of French, or German.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My culture, my history and my thoughts about the world. And obviously a good old laughing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Scotland, Slovakia, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City State
