About Me

I'm Marco, I'm 23 and I come form Milan, Italy. I achieved my bachelor's degree in linguistic and cultural mediation in April and now I decided to embarque in a new adventure. I moved to Berlin in June and I am attending a german language course in order to learn this challenging language.
In the meanwhile, I am looking around for a job to start my career with! Any suggestion? :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Unfortunately, I cannot host people regularly but maybe from time to time. Anyway, when I travel I want to discover new places by living them as a local and I think couchsurfing is a perfect network where to meet locals but also foreigners and travellers.

Interests

I'm interested in sport, music, movies and reading. I like spending time with people and meet new friends, especially from different countries and cultures.
I like going to concerts and exhibitions and the underground context is my favourite. That's why I choosed Berlin as the city where to learn German.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music genre is rock and punk rock, one of my favourite groups in the last period is Against Me. But I can't avoid mentioning the Clash and the Ramones as inspirational.
But I am not stucked into a genre, I appreciate quite everything.
The choice between movies is very hard, but within many others I always quote The Usual Suspects, Requiem for a Dream and Pulp Fiction.
My favourite books are On the Road and The Lord of the Flies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most beautiful experiences until now has been the night spent in the Sahara desert, we got there on a camel and have been sleeping into tents surrounded by sand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my languages knowledge and I am always curious to learn something new. I am discovering I am quite good at cooking!
I am looking forward to meeting a German speaking partner!
