Hello! I am a 29-year-old traveling professional/nomad. I have been to quite a few countries, but the idea of “ichi-go ichi-e” stuck with me from Japan. That every moment, even couchsurfing encounters, are “once in a lifetime.” Especially if those encounters involve bottomless Mimosas, ramen, or perogis 😋
