I've been hosting friends and friends of friends for a long time. I've done some traveling now and would like to expand my circle of friends around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Made a 300km trek in Nicaragua in 2012.
* Took a 41-hour train from Beijing to Lhasa in 2018.
* Survived the first months of the pandemic locked down in Beijing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share what I've learnt about the languages I've studied (and teach some Spanish).
I'm learning Mandarin and German; I'd like to improve my spoken English.
(2023 update: Been more focused on French lately. Feel confident enough with Mandarin and German to at least travel around now).
