My home is in one of the best places in Berlin close to Alexanderplatz, the furniture is completely new that's why the hygiene is very important to me. I've a small gym in my home and you can train, no problem.

I usually sleep late, I hate mornings but I can understand completely that you have to wake up early to visit the city.
